About the Author

Hello! My name is Vida Robinson, author of “The Master’s Touch.”

Born to John and Sarah Medley, devoted and hardworking southerners, I am about to celebrate 72 years of God’s blessings. Throughout my life, I have strived to turn challenges into opportunities for growth, reflecting on each experience to choose a positive path. My writing aims to transform negativity into a source of strength.

As the second oldest of four siblings, I have been happily married for nearly 52 years, with two sons and eight grandchildren, including two sets of twins. For 23 years, I worked at a large utility company in Illinois, and my husband and I have been dedicated members of the Lighthouse Church of All Nations for 48 years. We believe in stability and serving where God places us.

I enjoy writing, playing the piano, crocheting, and spending time with our grandchildren. We also love traveling and visiting family across the nation. I attended the All-Nations Leadership Institute and continue to be inspired by sermons, experiences, and Bible passages.

“The Master’s Touch” is written to encourage readers in their Christian faith. I’ve been writing since I was 13, a journey I share in the book. May you find inspiration in its pages.
